Pacific Leis will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipment due to weather conditions, incorrect address provided, labor disputes or any other kind of disruption during transportation. We do guarantee freshness of our Leis as long as there is no disruption in delivery. We do NOT guarantee freshness if the recipient is not home and the package is left outside. (A tracking number will be sent so you can monitor your shipment.)
Substitutions may occur without notice. We will always substitute with similar product of equal or greater value.
If you request a refund you must do so within 12 hours of receipt of Leis. A full or partial refund can be requested if you are unhappy with the quality of our Leis. Please submit a photo of the Leis you wish to be refunded for.
Please make sure you provide an accurate email address that you have access to. Once an order is en route, you will be notified with shipping updates. When an order is delivered you will be notified via email. It is of utmost importance that you will be home to receive an order. We do not consider any refunds if you are not home at the time of delivery or if shipment is left outside, due to the perishable and delicate nature of the content.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that your delivery will be shipped without signature required. Pacific Leis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to sign for your Package please contact us before your order ships.
Some areas are considered "rural". In this case, Fedex will hand over your package to a third party courier like USPS. This may cause a delay. Make sure your area is not considered rural or plan for your delivery 2 days before event. If you are unsure, please contact FedEx at 1-800-go-fedex. Pacific Leis is not responsible for delayed deliveries in such cases.
If you select Saturday delivery you must ensure that it is available for your destination. Pacific Leis does not issue any refunds should there be any delays or if the order cannot be shipped.

FEDEX CHARGES $16.00 FOR A CHANGE OF ADDRESS WHICH WILL BE BILLED TO YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND DELAYS.
