Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders! Even though we ship all of our shipments with FedEx Priority next day air it still takes 2 days to those States east of the Rockies due to the time difference and distance from Hawaii. however, the shipments are guaranteed to arrive by 10:30am on the 2nd Day as opposed to as late as 5pm if shipped with 2-Day ship.

Deliveries to the West Coast: Shipments will arrive by 10:30am on the following business day. 
Deliveries to East Coast: Shipments will arrive on the 2nd business day by 10:30am.

We do not deliver on Saturdays or Mondays. 

Service Delays:
Occasionally FedEx or UPS will issue a "Service Delay Announcement" indicating a shipment delays due to adverse weather or other  conditions.  Pacific Leis will not issue refunds during ANY FedEx or UPS Service Delays.  All Delays are posted on the FedEx website: www.FedEx.com.We do not offer any compensation for deliveries delayed by any issues that may occur while en route with FEDEX or which result in lost or damaged deliveries.

Fedex is CLOSED on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day
