It's unfortunate that my first bulk order with owner arrived late almost missing graduation for 50 families who went in on purchasing with me for this May 2022 but got them June instead. It was clearly communicated at ordering in April that we would need them a certain date and it was confirmed yes by owner. All arrangements were made for 50 parties to pick up from me but leis were late causing stress for not only me but 50 others during an already hectic time! Even if there was a holiday delaying shipment, it should have been addressed at ordering, not days before and only upon my asking. What if I didn't ask for confirmation again? In addition, luckily I asked first, but ended up buying 50 containers separately since they didn't include them. The leis were ok, most were from Thailand, shipped from Hawaii which also should be disclosed on their website. It's ok they had to substitute colors, but didn't tell me until after shipping them out. I'm planning to purchase 250+ next year from elsewhere. To be clear, it's not that they were late, switched, incomplete - it's poor communication and service with early advance orders and having to ask, then getting bad news.
I had ordered the 3 color but received white plus it didn’t seem fresh at all when opened the box.
Only good thing was I received it on time
I live in MD, so it’s possible that they just had too far to travel. They turned brown within two days even though I kept them in the refrigerator immediately. Oh well, I
was able to salvage 2
out of 10 leis for my daughters graduation.
